I received quotes and advice from 4 other floor specialists but none of them took the time, care and attention to walk me through the property like George did, following my initial consultation I felt comfortable knowing he’d do a great job at the great price quoted. I wasn’t wrong. The work George and his father did on the floors in my flat (Kitchen, 2 sets of stairs and lounge) has quite simply transformed my home. They are a great, conscientious, punctual, hard working duo. Do not hesitate to hire them.

Came at very short notice (1day) after we had been badly let down by another man. Did an excellent job of sanding (using several grits), burnishing and varnishing a large room area and hallway pine board floor in just two days. Brought all necessary equipment (his own sanders) and varnish etc, Gave excellent advice. Worked non-stop. Charged very reasonably. I would employ him again and thoroughly recommend him (George’s father, that is).

George and Father were fantastic in terms of work ethic, professionalism and quality of finish. They turned the floor in our new house with an open plan ground floor with wooden floor boards befoe suffering from un-eveness, gaps and splinters in areas into a high quality finish, even, gaps filled without it being noticable and smoothly finished surface totally in keeping with the Victorian features and great for family life. Very collaborative and accomodating. A pleasure to have in the house. Thanks!
